If you are a coach or consultant, and you’re working with clients one on one, and you’ve been doing that for years and you’re not so sure. How do you get out of that? How do you stop trading hours for dollars? How could you deliver value through a group setting today? I’m gonna teach you, how do you increase your income drastically through group coaching? Now I would be the first one to admit. I used to be very skeptical when it comes to group coaching, cause I thought, Hey, you know what? In order for me to deliver results, I need to work with clients. One on one. It is the only way I could solve the problems. It is the only way I could deliver value. Nothing could be further from the truth. Now what you realize is, although each client is unique, but their problems are not unique.
Do you notice that when they come to you, you could see the same problems again and again and again, they come to you with the same kind of problems. That means you could offer a systematic solution for all your prospects and for all your clients and the way you do that is through group coaching. So let me give an example, right? Let’s say you are working with 20 clients right now. Now if you’re working with clients 1on 1, 20 clients, I mean you are pretty booked, right? You are pretty busy. And let’s say for each client, you give them one hour per week. So each time when you’re coaching them, it’s one on one it’s per hour, right? And let’s say you do four sessions per month. So basically a weekly coaching session with your clients. So let’s say they pay you, uh, a thousand bucks. It’s approximately 250 bucks per hour.
You’re getting paid as a coach consultant. Okay. It’s not bad. It’s okay. Right. So 20 clients, one hour, each time, four sessions, what does that mean? That means you are spending 80 hours coaching every single month to earn $20,000 per month, which is good. It’s six figure income, nothing wrong with that. How could you leverage your time? A little bit better? How could you offer group coaching and deliver the same kind of value, but in a leveraged kind of way. Right? So let’s take the same 20 clients. Now instead of doing a one on one, you’re gonna do what I call a group coaching once a week, right? So basically you will take still 20 clients, but you do one session, right? One hour, each time. And then you would offer still four sessions, four sessions, and you’re doing a group setting. Now, the way you would do it is you would give them training and courses and curriculum that you have pre-recorded so they wouldn’t get on the group coaching unless they’ve gone through that already, cause you’re answering the same questions again and again right now the 20 clients in this case, because you do it in a one go instead of 80 hours.
Now you’ve drastically lowered your investment in terms of time to only four hours per month, that’s it one hour, each time, one a week. And what you’ll notice is during the group Q and a, during the group coaching, they have the same questions and you offer the same answers and that would benefit all your clients. And in fact, some of your other clients would benefit more from the group coaching because they would have questions, but also they would see other people have similar questions, Hey, or they would see other clients. They even think of questions that, that they don’t even think about, but that would also benefit them. All you need to do is to take what’s in here and you productize a part of knowledge and you still give them access to you, but in a group setting manner this way, here’s my question to you.
How many clients you could take on you are gonna make the same money. You charge the same 1000 bucks a month. You work with the same 20 clients. Now instead of 80 hours, you’re working four hours, four hours a month. How many clients you could take on could be 20, could be 30, could be 40, could be a hundred. Now you may be thinking, but then if I have a hundred clients, one hour is not enough. Hey, if you have a hundred clients, you’re charging the same 1000 bucks right now you can give them two hours right now, then it’s is there four it’s eight hours that you have more clients, they have more questions. Is that okay? Now you’re doing a hundred thousand dollars per month. That’s how you can scale through group coaching. Test it out. I didn’t believe this could work. It works.
Just test it out. Roll that out to your clients. Roll that out to the existing list that you have. And then what you do is this for positioning your one on one, instead of 1000, now you charge more money. So instead of two 50, an hour, you can charge 500. You can charge 1000 cause you wanna create price contrast. So if you want, they want you one on one. Well it’s a thousand bucks an hour. Well I don’t wanna pay a thousand bucks an hour. Well, great.
