Creating a High Ticket Group Coaching Mastermind
Today, I got a good question here from one of our listeners of the High Ticket Expert Show. By the way, thank you for your support. If you are enjoying the High Ticket Expert Show, make sure you review and also rate our show on iTunes. And, she’s asking, “How to know if starting a high ticket mastermind is the right move for my business.” In case, you don’t know what a mastermind group is, it is a concept that Napoleon Hill talked about in his Think & Grow Rich book, how you have collective intelligence, you get a group of like-minded people together, and you brainstorm and bounce ideas off each other on a regular basis. Now, within the coaching consulting world, there are different mastermind groups that you could pay to be a member to be part of for a fee. So, you have access to additional training and knowledge or simply a network.
And they could range anywhere from $15,000 to $18,000 to $25,000, $35,000, even a $100,000. So, if you are an expert offering a mastermind group to your audience, to your tribe, to your members, it is one of the most lucrative things that you could do. Also, one of the most powerful things you could do, because you will learn a lot from your members. We have two advisory groups that we run. One is called dragon 100 with just 25,000 to $50,000 a year. And we have another one for tech founders, which is called the tiger council, right? So, when it comes to marketing your group, now understand it’s very difficult for you to offer a paid… A high ticket mastermind group without some sort of base. So how do you know, when is the time, when is the right move to offer your high ticket mastermind to the marketplace?
I don’t recommend you to offer your high ticket mastermind until you’ve cracked the code to scale your high ticket offers. Meaning that you’ve already cracked the code, selling your mid ticket and high ticket offers, you are building a base, maybe a $10,000, $15,000, and you have that going. And once you have that base, it’s so much easier to go back to them and say, “Hey, I have a mastermind group. Do you want more access to me? Do you want more training from me? Do you want to tap into my network? Do you want to network and brainstorm with other like-minded people?” And a percentage of them would say, “Yes.” It could be 1%, it could be 5%. So, here’s the equation that I use, it’s very simple. If you believe you could enroll 12 high ticket mastermind members in 90 days, when you launch the program, you know your clients and students enough, then you could launch their high ticket mastermind.
Now, if you don’t believe you could enroll 12 members within 90 days, then you’re not ready to make that move yet, because the last thing you want is you have a mastermind group that’s got two people. You might as well just do one on one. It’s not a good use of your time, and it’s not a good experience. You want to have 12. Why 12? Look at Jesus, 12 disciples, 12 people is what you need to start the movement. 12 people is what you need to get the momentum going, 12 people they could brainstorm with each other, that’s how you get the collective intelligence. What Napoleon here talks about from Think & Grow Rich.
So, 12 founding members is what you are aiming. And then you can go from 12 to 20, 25, 30, 50, a 100. And before you know it, you have an additional program. Then you don’t need to create a lot of new content for, to generate an additional seven to even eight figures a year for your business. And I promise you, it would be the most enjoyable part of the business that you run, because you get to hang out with like-minded people. Sometimes I look at my group, I cannot believe I get paid to do that because I learn so much from my members. So, until next time go high ticket.
