If you have a high ticket coaching program, if you have a high ticket mastermind group today, we are going to talk about how to make your mastermind members stick for longer than a year. I think you’ll find this very, very valuable. So the first thing you have to understand is when you are selling a mastermind group, there is a psychological endpoint, just like a magazine subscription. If you buy the subscription for one year, by the end of that one year, you’ll be like, Hey, that’s good. It’s enough. You don’t renew. It is the same way with a mastermind group. If you are selling it as a one year program after one year, you will have a tough time renewing them. So after one year, you’ll see why so many members they dropped out because there’s a psychological endpoint. So the way that we do it with our high level advisory group speaking from experience is we set expectations up front.
This is a three year program with a minimum of one year commitment. I’ll say that again. It is a three year program with a minimum of one year commitment. That means upfront. We tell any candidates who apply for the program would tell them this is not something that you try. This is not something that, oh, I’ll test the water and see how it goes in three months. If test the attitude, when you apply, we reject them. We don’t want wishy washy members because it’s very toxic for the other members. And we have amazing members members doing seven and eight figure. We’re talking about players. So we want to make sure we protect the group. So the way that I see it, I could teach it to you is I think in terms of 10 year, a 10 year timeframe. So the way that I see it is I don’t see it as a program.
I see it as a journey. It’s a 10 year journey. When a new member comes into dragon, 100, I look at, okay, what do they need? Let us help them put together high ticket offers, let us help them scale. Those high ticket offers, let us help them build the team so they could then free up the time, how to systemize what they do. Once you are making a lot more profits, how do you manage their profit? How do you manage your finances? How do you put money away and multiply that money? Right? And we teach them how to invest. So they’re not just making money, but they are keeping the money and they’re multiplying the money. In fact, they could also invest alongside with us in our venture capital fund, dragon X capital. So it is a full journey from making it, keeping it and multiplying it.
And this is how you make your program more sticky. You have to recognize your members. They are constantly asking this question, not what’s in it for me. You’ve already answered that. The question they’re constantly asking is this, what have you done for me legally? What have you done for me legally? It doesn’t matter. And I’m speaking from experience. It doesn’t matter if you made them a gazillion dollars. It doesn’t matter if you’ve turned a life around. It doesn’t matter if you’ve turned the businesses around. That could be six months ago, a year ago, two years ago, three years ago. What have you done for them lately? You need to constantly deliver value. This is your most important group. My CMO, Alex, Manian also the cohost of the high ticket expert show. He belongs to multiple, multiple mastermind groups around the world. And some of these groups are great, but most of these groups, they follow this format and I’ll tell you why this is not good.
And it doesn’t work. They usually get together a few times a year, sometimes two, three, maybe four times a year, around different locations. They get together in a room and they kind of brainstorm for a couple of days. Each member share the best ideas and then maybe they have some guest speakers coming in and speak. And that’s it. So what happens with that kind of format and nothing wrong with those formats? And some of them are very successful. The problem is this is low frequency. You only meet 2, 3, 4 times a year, and sometimes you don’t even do that. Cuz sometimes maybe you miss a couple meetings. So low frequency, low impact. Are you getting ideas from the mastermind meeting? Yes, but you’re getting so many ideas. Sometimes it takes you a few days to just process the ideas and then you gotta go back and think about how I’m gonna apply this in my business.
Right? So low frequency, low impact, and most importantly and most devastating is low touch cuz in between meetings, chances are you don’t talk to each other that much. Maybe you get a phone call with some members from time to time, but it’s very low touch. I know because I’m in quite few of them. It’s very low touch. Let me teach you the way that I do it. That gives us a 90% renewal rate year after year. And it is the completely opposite of what most mastermind, what they about and how they run it. Now at a live training, I go much more in depth with this. If you want to get a ticket for upcoming event on how to start scale systemize, your high ticket mastermind group. Give us a call. 8 3 3 4 3 2 6 5 6 5. So number one, how do we do it? High touch, high frequency. We have a slack group that our dragon 100 members engage in on a daily basis.
They ask questions, they support each other. I call that just in time advisory J it advisory. So when they need help, when they need answers, all the members are there to help them. They don’t need to wait till the next meeting. In three, four months, they will get their answers within a day. Usually within a few hours, that’s high impact and high frequency. Number two, we have a monthly training for our members, high touch, different topic that we are going to cover every single month. We also have a monthly advisory session for our dragon 100 members where they could ask me questions directly in a group setting every single month, high impact, high touch, high frequency. We also have virtual board meeting where members now they get together virtually they could share their progress. They celebrate their wins and then they also ask help. What do they need help with from all the other members at the same level, we also have an annual event called dragon summit where we get together in person once a year to see each other to mingle.
But more importantly, I’m inviting nine figure entrepreneurs and billionaires to come and teach, to teach all of us how to scale. So that’s our annual event. We also have a dragon vault. This is our exclusive members area where members could have access to all our previous training within a dragon vault. They also have access to all my systems and, and checklists and procedures and SOPs that I use every day within my company. They have access to that. We also have dragon on demand, meaning that we have taken all the consultations that I’ve done and we have categorized them in different areas, in different topics that you might need help with. So any question that you might have, you go into dragon on demand and you will find the question and you will see how I have advised other experts and thought leaders to handle that situation on demand.
We also have an award system in place to celebrate each dragon 100 member as they hit different milestones. As they go to seven, figure an eight figure in annual revenue, even a hundred million dollars or more. We also have done for your team development, meaning we are not just training the CEOs, the leaders, we are training their team. We give them access to all our training programs, marketing, social media, sales, different areas of business that you need help with. Can you see why our members stick with us for many, many, many years, that’s how you need to do it. And then when you combine all of that high impact, high frequency high touch, when you combine all of that and you build on strong culture, strong culture, culture, eats strategy for breakfast. Now you have a strong community and now you have members that will stay with you for years. And that’s exactly how you do it. Give us a call X three three four three two six five six five, attend one of a live training and you see how we do what we do until then go high ticket.
